For over 20 years, Jen has become recognized for residential designs that foster a connection with nature, creating a seamless flow between all living spaces, both indoors and out. Her use of natural materials and artisanal textures such as hand-woven textiles, honed stones and warm woods creates homes that aren’t just beautiful and functional, they nurture the spirit. Jen uses holistic design to explore the connection between our living environment and a healthy lifestyle. In both primary and secondary homes throughout the United States, her designs focus on respecting the environment, sustainability, light, air and water quality, and creating nurturing spaces that promote all aspects of health and wellness. In July 2024, Jen joined top-ranked, family-owned and woman-owned builder Perry Homes as the Senior Design Consultant for their DFW luxury brand, Britton Homes.

Outside of work, Jen enjoys spending time with her husband of 24 years, their 2 almost-grown children, and their two badly-behaved (but adorable) dogs . She also finds time to give back to her community through her work with several non-profit organizations, serving as a Venturing Crew advisor in BSA, mentoring interior design students and volunteering with her daughter through the National Charity League. Jen has a passion for healthy cooking and intentional living. Her favorite getaway is hiking and camping in the National Parks where she can unplug and reconnect with nature and her dream project would be to design and build a sustainable, off-grid vacation home in the mountains.
